Delta IVb

In rebuilding the wrecked Delta IVa, enough changes were made such that it was named the Delta IVb. These changes included changing the fuselage construction to welded steel and hydronalium, modifying the wing planform to include a swept-back trailing edge, and repositioning the rudders to a down-and-out orientation, as per the results of the Storch IX experiments.

Heini Dittmar was the test pilot.
