Welcome to the Nurflügel Mailing List!
|
This mailing list serves as a discussion forum for fans of flying wings. Pretty much anything that pertains to this subject is welcome.
The title "Nurflügel" is the German word for what in English is called a Flying Wing. Since the German word translates literally as 'all-wing' or 'only
-wing', I include lifting bodies in this category as well. Since most of us Americans have trouble typing the 'ü' character, in this site I just use the English 'u' instead.
I have no plans to moderate this list. Remember, however, that this is a mailing list, not an advertising billboard. Blatantly commercial e-mail, spam,
sexual or racist material being posted will result in removal of the sender from the list. I don't want to have to moderate the list, but if a discussion thread gets out of hand I may step in to cool things down.
Please do not send binary attachments in your postings. Some users get charged for large e-mail files. Instead, I have a "bulletin board" section on the Nurflügel page for such stuff, where everybody can see.
All routine administrative requests (including subscriptions and unsubscriptions) concerning this mailing list are handled by an automated server. Please read this message carefully to find the information relevant to you. Subscribing or Unsubscribing to the lists

There are two types of lists: the regular list, the digest version, and the index version. What's the difference? The digest version only sends one
message a day, which contains all of the day's messages in one long message. It's harder to read, but much easier if you don't want a lot of messages in your "in" box. The regular version is one email per posting.
If you have any questions, or comments, please feel free to contact me at dbullard@nurflugel.com.
Please put the words "Mailing list comments" in the subject title so I know what it's about. I'm using a spam-filtering service that will
send you a "challenge" email to see if you're a real person or just a bot. Sorry about that, but since my email address is in plain text like that, it's the only way to filter out the hundreds of spam messages I get a day.
