Lippisch Lippisch P.01-111
During the Project X period Lippisch produced a number of designs for small tailless
fighters. Most remained little more than sketches but the trend was steadily towards the final Me 163 Komet shape.
In October 20, 1939 the P.01-111, based on the P 01-116 was drawn up as a fighter. The powerplant was to be a turbojet. The wings had slight dihedral and leading edges swept back at 30°, while the trailing edges were nearly straight and the tips were blunted.
